Childminders

The Christopher Robin Sure Start Children’s Centre provides support for all local Childminders. Lesley is the main contact providing advice on the EYFS Framework, training and a Play and Learn just for the Childminders and their children.

Join us at the Cranleigh Baptist Church Rooms, Cranleigh every other  Monday morning between 10-11am. Lesley can answer your questions and support you in your planning. Speak to her with any training needs and the team at the children’s centre can support you with these.

You need to attend a ‘Childminding Briefing Meeting’ where they will give you an information pack. This will explain how you become registered with Ofsted. (There is a £25 deposit when you book which you will get back)

You will be offered a FREE 18 hours ‘Childminding Introduction Programme’ and a FREE 12 hour St Johns Ambulance Paediatric First Aid course
